Current Job Vacancies
You will independently manage properties, coordinate service providers, and act as the contact person for owners, tenants, and authorities. You will also prepare reports and support projects, leasing, and acquisition and sales processes.
You will support process optimization and digitalization projects, create presentations and decision-making templates, and manage communication with tenants, service providers, and authorities.
You have in-depth knowledge of accounting for rental and condominium management, prepare statements of account, maintain master data, and independently handle payment transactions. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to actively contribute, further develop reports, and sustainably optimize processes.
